We simplified it into clear, practical steps that help managers see where reporting ends and strategy begins.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start with impact reality \u2014 not opinions about materiality.<\/li>\n<li>Link sustainability to financial relevance through PI\u2019s Value &amp; Risk Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Set strategic ambition levels that fit your risk profile and market position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"training\">\n<h2>Materiality Training<\/h2>\n<p>We launched a hands-on training format that turns materiality from a compliance exercise into a strategic skill.
