The focus is shifting from voluntary communication to audited, comparable data. This is a turning point for sustainable business and finance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandatory scope extended to ~50,000 companies.<\/li>\n<li>Double materiality introduced as a core principle.<\/li>\n<li>First reporting year expected to be FY2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PI\u2019s frameworks align directly with this approach \u2014 integrating impact, financial, and strategic dimensions.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"impact-valuation\">\n<h2>Impact Valuation \u2014 A Common Logic for All Topics<\/h2>\n<p>We shared our unified impact valuation model, enabling companies to measure positive and negative effects across topics using the same accounting logic. The approach builds bridges between environmental, social, and financial performance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quantify impacts using context-based thresholds and market prices.<\/li>\n<li>Aggregate data to assess total contribution to sustainability goals.<\/li>\n<li>Use the same logic for climate, biodiversity, health, and social metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"strategy-framework\">\n<h2>PI Strategy Framework \u2014 Pilot Program Launched<\/h2>\n<p>We launched the pilot phase of the PI Strategy Framework with partner organizations.
