Our values

Authenticity

We embrace authenticity and keep it real. We “walk the talk” and discourage impact washing and challenge if our projects “make sense”. We believe in an environment where you can be confident being yourself and foster honest communication.

Courage

We are courageous. We dare to try new things, challenge the status-quo, do things differently and stand up for what we believe in. We take ownership, trust in our abilities, and encourage each other to take risks, make mistakes and own them.

Sustainability

We take decisions that benefit the planet and the people around us and are aware of our actions’ impact. We strive to be an enhancer for the transition to a sustainable development and believe that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach is not useful to get there fast enough.

Progress

We help each other learn and develop and thus are stronger together. We can effectively support clients in their desired progress and create synergies through cooperation. We strive to anticipate trends and to always get better at what we do.

Respect

Respect to us means we embrace that everyone is, looks and feels different and acts accordingly and we appreciate the diversity. We act responsibly in our relationships and accommodate different learning curves while remaining authentic to our commitment.

THE PI TEAM

“From voluntary engagements to building a career advising organizations, sustainability has been my life’s mission for almost 30 years. I truly believe that the way to a sustainable economy is a thoughtful integration into business strategies, while challenging the (political) conditions around it. I founded positive impacts (PI) to focus on further developing viable concepts that will support organizations on that path, leveraging my experience and network to maximize ‘positive impacts’.”
